Paragon Equity partners with institutional allocators, primarily endowment, pension funds, corporations, and family offices, to help provide solutions for their investment objectives.
At the investor's request, Paragon Equity will conduct a search from our global network and narrow down a short list of candidates and opportunities. We work with your team to refine a search and move forward based on the investors' near-term goals and objectives.
The live mandate by an investor can consist of fund investments, co-invests, or direct investments. We will leverage our internal database and research from top consultants to identify a preliminary list of candidates. We will then connect & meet with managers and conduct our due diligence process. Our specialized research and analysis create a robust layer of insight into the investor's existing diligence process. Our team will then present our top recommendations to the investor based on our findings, and the allocator can choose how to proceed. At the request of the allocator, Paragon can keep the investor's identity confidential.

Buy Side Acquisition Search
The Paragon Equity Team also conducts buy-side acquisition searches for private equity funds and corporations looking to acquire brands and companies across industries. We focus on fintech, manufacturing, consumer, e-commerce, technology, energy, sustainable foods, and education. We leverage our global network to identify potential acquisition targets and conduct in-depth screening and research-driven analysis of the company, industry growth potential, and most importantly, the founder and management team. We will then present our findings and make our recommendations to the interested buy-side entity.
